How do I book equipment?
Search for what you need, pick your dates and location, and request a booking. The vendor confirms availability, you sign the digital hire agreement, and pay securely through the platform.
When am I charged, and is my money safe?
Payments are taken securely and the hire is backed by a signed agreement and a deposit held for the duration. Funds are released to the vendor after the hire completes.
What happens if equipment arrives damaged or faulty?
Flag it on the dispatch checklist on delivery and contact support straight away. Every hire records dispatch and return condition with photos, so issues are resolved against documented evidence.
How do I list my equipment as a vendor?
Register as a vendor, complete onboarding, and our team verifies your business and insurance before your listings go live. Listing is free — commission only applies on completed hires.
How do I cancel or change a booking?
Open the booking from your dashboard to view its status and available actions. Cancellation terms depend on the stage of the hire and are set out in your hire agreement.
